Pekin's Ruby Hack
Pekin's Ruby Hack is a ROM Hack of Pokémon Ruby that I've made. As far as ROM Hacks go, it's not the biggest overhaul out there, the storyline and everything like that is still just Pokémon Ruby, as far as I'm concerned. The main feature of this hack is the "Fakemon", which I suppose is the right word. I've created (as of now) 177 original Fakemon of my own design and - more or less - succesfully implemented them in this hack and removed all encounters with "real" Pokémon. The only real Pokémon you can encounter are Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza which I left in for the purposes of the story in Pokémon Ruby.
All the rest of the "Pokémon" - or Fakemon - are the ones that I've created. This means that you may have no idea how certain Pokémon evolve, what types they will gain, (or lose) what moves they are able to learn, what their stats are like, etc. And that's why I decided to make this wiki. Because I, for one, like to know how to use the Pokémon I'm playing with. Maybe you don't, but if you do, I figured this wiki would be helpful.
Aside from the Fakemon, this hack also features some slight changes and additions - I've added a couple new evolutionary stones. Not replacing anyone, just added them. Plus, a couple of moves have been adjusted or replaced. There will be info on those changes here as well. At some point.
